Use of our services

  1. In accessing our services, you agree that your application process will be completed in 7 working days.

  2. We will try to give our clients the earliest appointment slots at their preferred location, which will take approximately 20 to 30 working days.

  3. Refund policy: We refund 70% of service charges if we are unable to provide your appointment.

  4. If a client cancels the visa application procedure in the middle of the process, we charge 30% as compensation. If the application process is completed, this condition applies.

  5. Visa fees are 100% non-refundable as they are deposited to the respective embassies. We can only refund 70% of the service charges.
